After that they saw some monkeys then asked “Have you seen a beautiful woman ?” The monkeys said no and then they saw a rabbit and asked “Have you seen a beast with beautiful woman?” The rabbit said “She had taken in this hade.” So that Joe and Marshall started to go inside the hade to fight against the beast to protect Medina but before that they prayed the God of hade to allow them to go inside the hade. The God of hade listened their prayer and said “You are allowed to come in my hade but be careful the beast is very strong and powerful. I am happy with your behavior because you prayed me before entering into the hade So, I will give you a silver bow and a arrow to kill the beast but if you missed your aim then the beast will kill you both and inside hade there is dark.”

They started to walk inside the hade and then they heard Medina's screaming. So, Joe started to be in his position to shoot the beast and Marshall went for fight. Marshall fought against the beast and Joe is ready to shoot but there is dark. Joe knew that the beast is very strong and he will put Marshall down. Then the beast put Marshall down then Marshall is shouting shoot and Joe shoot and killed the beast. They saved Medina again.

Joe and Marshall told Medina to start their journey but Medina said “I live here in jungle. I am the Artemis. I am the Goddess of animals. I had to hide all day and night to protect myself against the beast. And thank you very much for saving me and I will be your best friend forever. ”

The jackal also knew that the skin of the elephant would be too thick for his teeth. He could not bite with his teeth. So, he wanted someone to make a cut in the skin of the dead elephant. But he did not want to share its flesh.

Then a lion came and the clever jackal said, “I was guarding this elephant for you to taste. Please have a bite. But the elephant was killed by a hunter and he may come at any time.”

But the lion said, “No. I kill the animals myself and then I eat them, and not the already dead ones. ” And then the lion walked away. Then a tiger came there; the jackal was afraid that the tiger might eat the whole elephant.

The jackal said, “I am looking after this elephant because I don't want anyone to eat it.”

The tiger walked to the elephant to eat it. Now the jackal was worried.

The jackal said, “Stop please. A hunter had killed this elephant with a poisoned arrow. Those who eat its flesh will aslo get poisoned and die.”

The tiger was scared and he quickly went away. Then two vultures came and the jackal told the same thing to them. The vultures also flew away.

Then the jackal was happy that no one had taken away the dinner he had kept for himself. But he still needed the thick skin of the elephant to be cut before he could eat the flesh of the elephant.

Then a leopard came by.

The clever jackal said, “This elephant was killed by a lion who has gone to get his family to eat it.”

The leopard said, “Oh! Then I should not have his dinner. If I had it then the lion will be very angry with me.” And started to walk.

Then the jackal said, “Don't worry, I am your friend. I will help you. ”

The leopard asked, “But how?”

The jackal replied, “I will keep a watch. You can have a bite of the elephant. When I see the lion coming back, I will tell you and then, you can run away from here.”

“How nice of you!” said the leopard and started biting the skin of elephant. When the jackal saw that the skin of the elephant had been cut by the leopard, he shouted, “Run ...... The lion is coming. ”

The leopard left the dead elephant and ran away. This was what the jackal had wanted. The skin of the elephant had been cut by the leopard's sharp teeth. Now the jackal had his dinner and enjoyed the flesh of the elephant for many days.

A Friend's Betrayal [Deer, Crow and Jackal]

A deer and a crow lived near each other in a forest. They saw each other daily but were not friendly each other.

A friend betrayed
The first conversation between deer and crow

The deer thought that the crow was not nice because  it was black and ugly. The crow thought that the deer was too beautiful to look at, so he must be proud and rude.

Both the deer and the crow remained aloof because they though that they would not get along well with each other. So, they never tried to speak with one another.

One day, they had a conversion and started liking each other a lot. The deer now loved to be with the crow, who would sit on his back and cry ‘caw, caw', all day.

Interrupted between two friends
A jackal interrupted between two friends

They would talk for a long time, and now both of them became good friends.

One day, a jackal came by and looking at the deer, said, “You're really very beautiful. Your skin is lovely and your flesh must be healthy and sweet too.”

The deer thanked the jackal. They started meeting again and again. The jackal would narrate many humorous incidents, and the deer liked the way the jackal made him love. The deer now began to spend more time with the jackal than with the crow.

One day, the jackal said, “You run very fast and you're very strong. You should eat good food to keep good health. ”

The deer replied, “I am happy with what I eat.”

The jackal insisted, “You should eat sweet corn. That would be very good for you. There is a field full of sweet corn. I will take you there.”

The deer agreed and went with the jackal to the field, where the deer got caught in a net laid by the farmers.

The jackal betrayed his friend deer
The jackal betrayed the deer

The deer told the jackal, “I am caught in a net. Please help me. You can bite the net off with your sharp teeth.”

The jackal said, “But I am fasting today, and cannot touch anything with my teeth. I will come tomorrow when my fast is over, then I will free you.”

The deer said, “You are not my friend. You planned to trap me.”

The jackal said, “Yes, I always wanted to taste your juicy flesh. By tomorrow, you will be dead.” And the jackal went away.

The deer felt  bad that he had trusted the jackal. Then he heard the sound, ‘caw, caw.' He looked up to see his old friend, the crow, sitting on a branch of a tree.

The deer thought, “Will the crow be my true friend and save me, or will he also betray my trust like the jackal? ”

The crow asked, “How did you get caught in this net?”

The deer replied, “The jackal tricked me. He is not my true friend. He wanted to eat my flesh. The farmer will soon be here. I must escape at once. ”

The crow said, “I will tell you what to do. You lie down as if you're dead. When I see the farmer remove the net, I will cry, ‘caw, caw’, and you can run away. ”

So the deer lay down without any movement. He closed his eyes when he heard the footsteps of the farmer coming.

The farmer thought that the deer was dead. So he removed the net.

Suddenly, the crow cried aloud, ‘caw, caw.’ Then the deer quickly jumped up and ran away.

The farmer threw his big stick at the deer but the stick did not hit the deer.

On the other hand, it hit the jackal who had come to check on the deer. In fact, the stick hit the head of the jackal and the jackal fell down, never to get up again.

The deer ran home quickly, so that the farmer could not catch him. The crow flew to its tree, all the while flying over the running deer. Then reached the forest where they lived.

They sat down to rest and the deer gratefully said to the crow, “Thanks you so much for saving me.”

The crow said, “Don't thank me. If you were in my palce, I am sure you would have done the same thing. The fact is that we both are friends and we always be there to help and look after each other. ”

The cock asked, “Why this sudden change of hurt?”

The fox said, “I have to be good. It has been decided in a meeting that now animals cannot kill each other for food.”

The cock laughing and asked, “Do you mean to say that lions and tigers will eat grass from today?”

The fox had no answer but he could not longer wait to eat the cock.

So the fox said to the cock, “This is very good question. Come down and we will go to the king to discuss about this with him.”

The cock laughed and said, “We need not go to them. It is not necessary. ”

“Why not? ” asked the fox.

The clever cock replied, “Because I can see your friends coming here.”

“Who are they?” asked the fox.

The cock knew that the fox was afraid of the hounds because the hounds could kill him.

The cock said, “Some hounds are coming. ”

The fox got scared and tuned to run away. Then the cock laughed and asked, “Why are you running away? You said no animal would kill each other for food. ”

The fox said, “Maybe the hounds have not heard of this meeting. ”

The holy man and the thief [ The problem money ]

Once a holy man lived in a deep, dark forest. He prayed and meditated a lot.

Many people would come to the forest and he would advise them on ways to deal with their problems. The pleased villagers presented him with lots of money. The holy man became worried that someone might steal his money. He kept the money in a cloth bag and carried it under his arm all the time.

Once a thief happened to pass by and saw the people offering money and gifts to the holy man. The thief hatched a plan to loot his money.

One day, he went to the holy man and said, “I respect you immensely and want to be your loyal follower.”

The holy man was very happy that someone would be staying with him. So he really agreed. All this while, the thief was eyeing the money and the gifts.

One day, taking advantages of the holy man's absence, the thief thoroughly searched his house, but failed to find any money.

The next day, the thief followed the holy man to the river. The holy man took off his clothes and stepped into the river. The moment he did this, the thief picked up his clothes and ran away. The holy man tried to chase him, but the thief was young and strong so he got away.

The holy man was very sad and upset to lose all his money. But then he realised that his greed for money had taken him away from God.

He wondered “When the money was with me, I always remained worried. But now that the money has been stolen, I have nothing to worry about. ”

He realised that money had made him suffet. He now knew that it was better to stay without too much money, and be happy and peaceful. Now the holy man, began spending his time in praying to God again and donating the gifts and money he got, to the needy. He found more happiness in that also read the foolish tortoise.

The Foolish Tortoise

Once upon there was tortoise he had two friends. The tortoise lived near a river. It walked slowly but talked endlessly. It had two geese for friends. They enjoyed each other's company and had a nice time.

One particular summer, it didn't rain at all. The sun was so hot that all the rivers and lakes dried up.

The river near which the three friends lived also became dry. They had to search here and there for water to drink. It was not an easy task to do in the scorching heat of the sun.

So the three friends sat thinking as to what should be done. They looked around the place everywhere but could not find water anywhere nearby. So they planned to move to another lake.

They realized walking would not help since all the nearby ponds and lakes had dried up. So, they had to fly.

The problem was that the geese could fly but tortoise could not fly.

The tortoise said, “I have a plan. Get a stick and you both hold it at the two ends with your breaks, and I will hold the stick in the center with my mouth. ”

One goose said, “The plan is good but dangerous because you talk a lot and can't keep quiet for long.”

The other goose said, “If you open your mouth to talk while we are flying, then you will fall off the stick on the ground.”

The tortoise said, “Yes you both are right. If I fall, I will surely die. But don't worry. I will keep quiet. ”

So they got hold of a stick. One goose held it in its break at one end, and the other one held the stick at the other end. The tortoise caught the stick with his mouth in the center and they flew up. They flew over forests and hills, valleys and rivers, and when they passed over a city, many people looked at them curiously.

It was indeed a strange sight to see the two geese and a tortoise holding a stick and flying.

The people of the town had never seen such a thing so they started clapping and shouting.

The geese were worried that now the tortoise would start talking. They wanted to tell him not to talk. But they could not leave the stick, so they keep quiet.

The tortoise heard the people shouting. He tried to look down what was happening but could not see it.

Finally, the tortoise could not stop himself. He wanted to ask, “What is this noise?”

But when he opened his mouth to say this, he left the stick. The tortoise fell from the sky onto the ground and died. The poor geese could not do anything to save their friend. They realized that they had lost their friend forever also read the holy man and the thief the problem money.

The old tiger

There was a tiger who had become very weak and old. It was no longer possible for him to hunt other animals. Thinking that it would be easier to catch men and women, he slowly walked to a village nearby. He went and sat on the edge of a muddy pond, waiting for someone to come by.

Many days passed by, but seeing the tiger, no one dared to come near the pond.

One day the tiger found a gold bangle. He knew that some people were very greedy. So he decided to use the gold bangle to trap greedy people and eat them.

He sat on the edge of the pond and whenever anyone come by, he would speak like a holy man, “Here is a gold bangle. Come and take it.” But those who saw him would get scared and run away.

Then one day, a man came to the other side of the pond to get some water.

The tiger shouted, “Here is a gold bangle. Come and take it. ”

The man replied, “I want the bangle but I am afraid that you might kill me.”

The tiger said, “I did kill in the past, but now I do not kill. I have sinned a lot. Now I want to be free of them. So every day, I take a bath in the pond and then give charity. Today, I want to give this gold bangle to you.”

The man said, “I want to take the gold bangle but what if you kill me? ”

The tiger said, “Just look at me. I am so weak and old and I cannot use my claws. Why do you fear me?”

The man believed the tiger and went into the pool to wade across the tiger. But his feet got caught in the mud and he got stuck in the pond.

The man shouted, “Help me please. I am stuck. I can't move at all.”

The tiger thought, “It is so good for me, my dear man, that you are greedy. Now I can really help you out or rather help myself. ”

The man shouted again, “Help me.”

The tiger shouted, “Don't worry, man. I am here. I am coming to help you out. You listened to me and now I will listen to you, and come and help you.”

And the tiger pounced upon the man. But the tiger did not help the man. It caught the man and jumped away from the pool to the other side.

Then the hungry tiger killed and ate the man, glad that the man had been greedy as well as very foolish.

The tiger then sat on the edge of the pond, with the gold bangle in his hand, waiting for another greedy man to come by also read the foolish tortoise.

The king was right. The jackal went first to the lion and said, “The bull is not your friend. He speaks ill about you behind your back.”

The saddest love story - The First Vampire [Love story of Ambrogio and Selene]

The saddest love story between Ambrogio and Selene. The next morning Ambrogio would take Selene with him but that night Ambrogio was cursed by the God of Sun. The next morning Selene had been waiting for Ambrogio. She had been waiting so long. Ambrogio was begging for his love but his skin was burned by the sun light. So he had to find a place to hide somewhere and had to leave Selene to protect himself. Will he leave Selene forever? Read this emotional story.

The first vampire
Ambrogio had to drink Selene's blood

The first vampire started out as not a vampire at all, he was a young handsome boy from Itally named Ambrogio. He was an Italian born adventurer, he was a nice guy who fate brought to Delphi, in Greece.

The love story of ambrogio and Selene
Ambrogio The First Vampire

Once upon a time there was a man named Ambrogio. He was a young adventurer. He had always longed to travel to Greece to have his fortune told by the Oracle of Delphi. He was a kindness man. When he was an adult, he got on a boat and sailed to the western edge of Greece, near Astakos. He travelled east until he eventually reached the city of Delphi. Most of the time he spent time in Greece.

Delphi was home to a great temple of Apollo, he was the sun god. It was also the home of the Pythia, he was a prophet. The Pythia would sit in a chamber within the temple and speak of prophecies, inspired by Apollo.

When Ambrogio finally arrived at the temple, he went to speak to the Pythia. The Pythia, whose words were often cryptic, said only few words : “The curse. The moon. The blood will run."

Ambrogio was thinking about the meaning of Pythia's word and could not sleep that night. He stayed awake outside the temple, pondering the meaning of Pythia's words. As the sun rose in the morning he realized that he had not slept. As he walked back toward the town he saw a beautiful woman dressed in white robes walking to the temple. He ran over to her and introduced himself.

Ambrogio and Selene
Selene The Goddess of Moonlight

Her name was Selene, she was so beautiful that Ambrogio completely fell in love with her and she was a maiden of the temple. Her sister was a Oracle, and so Selene tended to the temple and took care of her sister while in her entrance state.

For next few days every morning Ambrogio met Selene at dawn before she entered the temple. They soon fell in love.

One day Ambrogio had to leave Greece. On his last day in Greece, Ambrogio asked Selene to marry him and return with him to Italy. Selene agreed. He said he would make the preparations then meet her at dawn the next morning at their meeting spot outside the temple.

Apollo, the sun god, had been watching while Ambrogio was telling Selene to take with him. He himself had taken a liking to the beautiful Selene and was enlarged that Ambrogio would come to his temple and take one of his maidens away. At sunset that night, Apollo appeared to Ambrogio and cursed him so that from that day forth a mere touch of Apollo's sunlight would burn Ambrogio's skin.

Ambrogio was distraught. He was set to leave with Selene in the morning, but he would not be able to meet her at sunrise as he promised because of the curse. Having nowhere else to turn, he ran to a cave that led to Hades for protection. Hades, god of the underworld, listened to his tale and made him a deal. If he could steal the silver bow of Artemis and bring it back, Hades would grand him and Selene protection in the underworld. The deal specified that Hades would give Ambrogio a magical wooden bow and 11 arrows to hunt with. He was to offer his hunting trophies to Artemis in order to gain her favor and steal her silver bow. As collateral, Ambrogio had to leave his soul in Hades until he returned with the bow. Should he return without the silver bow, he would have to live in Hades forever, never to return to Selene. Having no other choice, Ambrogio agreed.

He had no way to contact Selene. He had parchments, but no writing implement, so he took his bow and arrow and killed a swan. Using its feather as a pen, and it's blood as the ink, he wrote her a note that explaining that he could not meet with her but would find a way for them to be together. He left the note in their meeting place and ran off to find a place to hide from the sunlight.

Selene was devastated when she found the note, but she kept working at the temple as she did not want to anger Apollo any further. The next morning, Selene went back to the meeting place, but once again Ambrogio was not there. She saw another piece of parchment with writing in blood on it. It was a love poem from Ambrogio.

Before morning for 44 days Ambrogio slew a swan and used it's blood to write Selene a love poem. After draining the blood and taking a single feather he offered the body of the swan as a tribute to Artemis, the goddess of hunting and the moon, and also sister of Apollo. He hoped that even if he could not steal her bow, she would be honoured by the tribute and would be able to convince her brother Apollo to remove the curse.

On the 45th night, Ambrogio had only one arrow left. He shot it at a swan and missed, the arrow sailing into the distance. He had neither the blood to write Selene's poem nor the swan to sacrifice to Artemis. He fell to the ground and wept.

Seeing how good of a hunter and how dedicated of a follower Ambrogio had been, Artemis came down to him. He begged Artemis to let him borrow her bow and an arrow so he could kill one last bird and leave a final note to Selene.

Artemis took pitty on him and agreed to let him borrow her silver bow and an arrow. He took the bow, and in desperation, ran to the cave that led to Hades. Artemis realized what was happening and cast her own curse on Ambrogio. The curse caused all silver burn his skin. Ambrogio dropped the silver bow and fell to the ground in pain.

Artemis was furious at his deceit, but he begged her for fogginess. He explained the deal he was forced to make with Hades, his curse by Apollo, and his love for Selene. He apologized profusely and swore that he had no other choice.

Artemis took pitty on him again and decided to give him one last chance. She offered to make him a great hunter, almost as great as she was, with the speed and strength of a god and fangs with which to drain the blood of the beasts to write his poems. In exchange for this immortality, he would have to agree to a deal. He and Selene would have to escape Apollo's temple and worship only Artemis forever. The catch was that Artemis was a virgin goddess, and all of her followers had to remain chaste and unmarried, so Ambrogio was never allowed to touch Selene again.

Ambrogio agreed. At least this way he and Selene could be together. He killed another swan and left Selene a note telling her to meet him on a ship at the docks.  Before dawn the next morning, she she saw the note and ran away before Apollo could notice.

When Selene arrived at the dock she found Ambrosio's ship and met him down in the hull. There was a wooden coffin with a note on it, telling her to order the ship's captain to set sail, and to open the coffin only after the sun had set. She did as the note said, and after the sunset she opened the coffin to find Ambrogio alive and well.

The couple sailed to Ephesus, where they lived in a cave during the day and worshiped Artemis at her grand temple every night. They lived happily together for may years.

After a number of years, Ambrosio's immortality allowed him to stay young, but Selene continued to age as a mortal. She finally fell ill and was on her deathbed. Ambrogio was distraught, knowing that he would not join Selene in the afterlife because his soul still resided in Hades. At night he went into the woods and found a white swan swimming alone in a small lake. He killed the swan and offered it to Artemis, begging for her to make Selene immortal so they could stay together forever.

Artemis appeared to him. Thankful for his years of dedication and worship, she made him one last deal. Artemis told Ambrogio that he could touch Selene just once - to drink her blood. Doing so would kill her mortal body, but from then on, her blood mixed with his could create eternal life for any who drink of it. If he did this, Artemis would see to it that they stayed together forever.

Ambrogio wanted to refuse, but after telling Selene what happened, Selene begged him to do it. After much convincing, he bit her neck and took her blood into his body. The love of parents - The parent's love is selfless and sacred love in the world

A mother or a father sacrifice their life for their children. When their children are sick the parents sacrifice their time, their sleep and even their food to keep watch over their children. When a child grow can he or she sacrifice his or her life for his or her parents?

Once Jesus Christ said, “There is no greater love than this, that one lays down his life to save others." He gave his life for the sake of others. Selfless love is a form of sacrifice.

In 19th century, once upon a time there was a woman when she was driving home after visiting her relatives. As the car went round a curve, it suddenly skidded due to oil lying on the road. It struck the railing and then rolled down into the river flowing parallel to the road. She somehow managed to grab her little child and raised it high out of the window. She thought that someone would save her child. She raised her little child until she died. A traveller who was passing by in another car stopped he saw a little child in the river as soon as he saw he ran down to the river. He could pick up the baby from the hands of the mother before the mother was drowned. In the dying moments, the mother thought of only her child. Her love made her hold up the baby as long as she could.

A mother's love is selfless and sacred love in the world. Even mother cannot explain what love is. But mothers are capable of feeling the warmth of love and attachment in a better way than others.

When we do not get love from we loved one - we called it love in the dark.

“Love is the place where we grow up. Love is a heaven upon earth that provides you security and support. When we do not get love from someone we loved one. We could lost our breath."

Love is a variety of different emotional and mental states, typically strongly and positively experienced, that ranges from deepest interpersonal affection to a simple pleasure.

People love each other by watching the beauty in the face. They do not try to know the behavior. They don't know how she or he behaving. Some people may act like a good person, some people may act like very good person. They just fall in love with his or her act later disappointed. If you don't see the real beauty you will be suffered. The real beauty is not in the face, the real beauty is in the heart. Do not love someone who act, love someone who can give hand when you need help.

But there were some people who misuse someone's love. A man named Robert he loves his wife Linda very much but he cheated on his wife. He had been affairing with another woman named Yushiki. He was working as an assistant manager in a bank, where he met a beautiful woman Yushiki she was working as a clerk. He always tried to attract her. Her used to help her when she needs help. He acted like he is honest, kindness, and gentleman infront of her. One day she fall in love him. He had been misusing her love. When Yushiki asked him for marriage he refused, he said I'm married I love my wife I can't marry you. Yushiki was disappointed. She was so depressed that she lost her breath for sometimes. Robert is a great cheater he cheats both his wife and Yushika.

Another story of man named Collins he is a honest, kindness, and gentleman. He had a wife named Emma. Collins was working in a private job he used to be busy everyday. Sometimes he used to bring his friend. Oneday he left his friend Roston in his house. He believes his wife and his friend. But they were having some fun and sex while husband is outside. Before he came Roston had have fun and leave. Collins was a great fool his friend Roston thought in fact he is intelligent. He knew that his friend Roston and his wife Emma had been affaring from last month. But he could not prove that his wife and his friend cheated him. That's why he put security camera and left his friend at home with his wife. Emma was a woman she loves her husband but she needs more pleasure.

“When someone leaves everything to get only one that is true love. True love is in the heart. "

The things people want most, cause them most sufferings.

We all know that human want is unlimited and no one can satisfied their want. If you are unsatisfied you will be suffering and cannot enjoy healthy life. If you want more you are greedy and ignorance.
People live in the sea of sufferings because of ignorance and greed. They are ignorant of the law of ‘Karma' and are greedy for the wrong kind of pleasures. They do things that are harmful to their bodies and peace of mind, so they cannot remain satisfied and thus cannot enjoy life, said Buddha.

People are like children who want more and more candies. When they can't get they are upset. If they get all the candies, they soon get tired of them and want something else. Although, they get a stomach-ache by eating many candies, they still want more. The things people want most, cause them most sufferings.

To end sufferings, one must cut off greed and ignorance.
Bhudhist call the state ‘Nirvana' in which all sufferings end. It is an everlasting state of great joy of peace. This is the ultimate goal of Buddhism.
To end sufferings, selfish desire must be removed. Just as a fire dies when no fuel is added, so unhappiness will end when the fuel of selfish desire is completely removed, there will be no suffering.

How Thunderstorms Becomes Cyclone

Before cloud formation, water takes up heat from the atmosphere to change into vapour. When water vapour changes back to liquid form as raindrops, this heat is released to the atmosphere. The heat released to the atmosphere warms the air around. The air tends to rise and causes a drop in pressure. More air rushes to the centre of the storm. This cycle is repeated. The chain of events ends with the formation of a very low pressure system with very high speed winds revolving around it. It is this weather condition that we called it cyclone. Factors like wind speed, wind direction, temperature and humidity contribute to the development of cyclone.

Cyclones can be very destructive. Strong winds push water towards the shore even if the storm is hundreds of kilometers away. These are the first indications of approaching cyclones. The water waves produced by the wind are so powerful that a person cannot overcome them.

Structure of cyclone
The centre of the cyclone is a calm area. It is called the eye of the storm. A large cyclone is a violently rotating mass of air in the atmosphere, 10 to 15 km high. The diameter of the eye varies from 10 to 30 km. It is a region free of clouds and has light winds. Around this calm and clear eye, there is a cloud region of about 150 km in size. In this region there are high speed winds 150 - 250 km per hour and thick clouds with heavy rain. Away from this region the wind speed gradually decreases. The formation of a cyclone is a very complex process.

“In Orissa, 18 October, 1999 the cyclone smashed 45,000 houses making 7,00,000 people homeless. On 29 October the same year, a second cyclone with wind speed of 260 km/h hit Orissa again. It was accompanied by water waves about 9 m high. Thousands of people lost their lives."

Thunderstorms
Thunderstorms develop in hot, humid tropical areas like India very frequently. The rising temperatures produce strong upward rising winds. These winds carry water droplets upwards, where they freeze, and fall down again. The swift movement of the falling water droplets along with the rising air create lightening and sound. It is called thunderstorm.

Abraham Lincoln Achieved Great Success In Spite Of Repeated Failures

Abraham Lincoln was a President of the United States Of America. He was one of the greatest President of the United States of America.
Abraham Lincoln was born on February 12, 1809, in a one-room log cabin at Sinking Spring farm, south of Hodgenville, in Hardin County, Kentucky. After a land title dispute forced the Lincolns family to leave in 1817, they relocated to Knob Creek farm, eight miles to the north.

When Abraham Lincoln was nine years old he lost his mother, Nancy who died after a brief illness at the age of 34 in 1818. In 1819, just over a year after his mother's death, Abraham Lincoln's father Thomas married Sarah Bush Johnston, a Kentucky widow with 3 children of her own. She was a strong and affectionate woman with whom Abraham Lincoln quickly bonded.

Though both his parents were most likely illiterate, Thomas new wife Sarah encouraged Abraham to read. Abraham Lincoln spent a formative years, from the age of 7 to 21, on the family farm in Southern Indiana. As he was common on the frontier, Abraham Lincoln received a meager formal education. However, Abraham Lincoln continued to learn on his own from life experiences and through reading and reciting what he had read or heard from others. Reading material was in short supply in the Indiana wilderness. Neighbors recalled how Abraham would walk for miles to borrow a book. He undoubtedly read the family Bible and probably other popular books.

In 1830 twenty one year old Abraham Lincoln joined his extended family in a move to Illinois. After helping his father establish a farm in Macon County, Illinois, Abraham Lincoln set out on his own, making a living in manual labor. At six feet four inches tall, Abraham Lincoln was rawboned and lanky, but muscular and physically strong. He spoke with a backwoods twang and walked with a long striding gait. He was known for his skill in wielding an ax and early on made a living splitting wood for fire and rail fencing.

Abraham Lincoln eventually migrated to the small community of New Salem, Illinois, where over a period of years he worked as a shopkeeper, postmaster and general store owner. It was there that Abraham Lincoln working with the public, acquired social skills and honed storytelling talent that made him popular with the locals. When the Black Hawk War broke out in 1832 between the United States and Native Americans, the volunteers in the area elected Abraham Lincoln to be their captain.
He worked as a boatman, store clerk, surveyor, and militia soldier.

In 1834 Abraham Lincoln began his political career and he was elected to the Illinois state legislature as a member of the Whig Party. But he was defeated in the legislative race.

In 1844, Abraham Lincoln partnered with William Herndon in the practice of law. Though the two had different jurisprudent styles, they developed a close professional and personal relationship. Abraham Lincoln made a good living in his early years as a lawyer, but found that Springfield alone didn't offer enough work, so to supplement his income.

Abraham Lincoln served a single term in the US House of Representatives from 1847 to 1849. In 1848, intent on keeping his name before the national audience, Abraham Lincoln campaigned in Maryland and Massachusetts for Whig presidential candidate Zachary Taylor. Then he retired Springfield. Although elected in 1854 again to the state legislature, he promptly resigned to run for the US Senate, losing on the ninth ballot in the state legislature.

After his defeat, Abraham Lincoln abandoned the defunct Whig Party and joined the new Republican Party in 1856. This new national party was comprised of many former Whigs who opposed slavery.

In 1857, the supreme court issued it's controversial decision Scott vs. Sanford, declaring African's Americans were not citizens and had no inherent rights. Though Abraham Lincoln felt African Americans were not equal to whites, he believed America's founders created with certain inalienable rights. Abraham Lincoln decided to challenge sitting US Senator Stephen Douglas for his seat. In 1860 Abraham Lincoln became the president of the United States of America.

Whenever You Find A Problem That Needs Your Help. It Is Useless To Blame Upon Others Unnecessarily.

“Your moral responsibility as a human being is to help your fellow beings whenever they need your help. You must value the rights and interests of others and behave in a polite manner."

Once upon a time there was a small kingdom. Its ruler was a wise king. He did a lot to make the people of his kingdom prosperous.
Howevr, people were never satisfied. They always used to complain about lack of civic amenities.

One day the king ordered his men to place a boulder at the centre of a road. The king hid a pouch of coins under the boulder. Then, disgusting himself as a beggar, he watched the reaction of the people.

Many people passed by the boulder. A few travelers who came by dawn murmured, “What a disgusting rock, anyone could trip over a period thing like this in the dark." They walked off.
Then came some others who looked at the boulder and shook their heads. They too were amazed by the strange sight of the boulder on the road but passes by.

The next group of travellers said aloud, “Our king is inefficient. He can't even get his workers remove a boulder from the road."

A foreigner who had settled in the city recently uttered some really uncomplimentary words, “What a miserable state of affairs! I should never have migrated to this country. "

Then came a poor man who looked around as if he was looking for someone. He was upset on seeing the boulder in the middle of the road. He saw a beggar and said, “My dear friend, would you give me hand. Let us take this boulder to the side lest someone should trip over it." The beggar agreed. They both pushed the boulder to the side.

When they rolled the rock cover, there was the pouch under it. The man opened it and found plenty of money in it. There was also a small note from the King which said “To my most responsible subject with gratitude - The King ". The man was amazed. He said to the beggar, “You are lucky today as I am lucky. Half of this amount belongs to you because you were as responsible as I was in the eyes of the king. The beggar thanked the man but did not accept the money. The beggar was the King himself in disguise.

No one can escape death and unhappiness. If people expect only happiness in life, they will be disappointed

Mind is the ground and thoughts are seeds. Our faults are weeds. Pulling them out is like weeding a garden. The harvest is real and gives us lasting happiness.
People follow different religion. All religions take you on the right path. Paths are many but the ultimate destiny is one, that is God.

The Buddha said, “No one can escape death and unhappiness. If people expect only happiness in life, they will be disappointed. "

Once there was a woman named Kisagotami. Her first son had died. She was very sad. She roamed about the streets carrying the dead body. She asked for help to bring her son back to life. A kind and wise man took her to Buddha.
Gautama Buddha told her, “Fetch me a handful of mustard seeds. They must come from a family that has not known death and I will bring your child back to life." Kisagotami started off joyfully to get them.

She went from door to door in the whole village asking for the mustard seeds but everyone said, “I lost my father", “I lost my sister ". She could not find a single household that had not been visited by death. Finally Kisagotami returned to Buddha and said, “There is death in every family. Now Kisagotami understands that everyone dies. No one can escape death and unhappiness.

A man who sold his father's property and enjoyed with that money - He always forgives those who beg for pardon

Once upon a time, there was a man. He had two sons. The younger son said to his father, “ Father, please divide the property and I want my share now." Father divided the property between his sons. The elder son remained at home and younger son sold his share and collected everything and left for another country. He was an irresponsible young man. He spent his wealth lavishly, while he had money in his pocket, he had many friends who enjoyed his company. His so-called friends deserted him. He searched for a job.

A man enjoyed him to take care of his pigs. This was a very degrading work for a son of a wealthy man. But he was first ashamed and afraid to go back to face his father. He was not sure what his father would say. He wasn't sure whether his father would accept him in his house. On the other hand his life was miserable in the pigsty. His employer was an unjust man. He would not give him food to eat. Sometimes he had to steal  the food of the pigs to satisfy his hunger.

One day he decided to go back to his father and beg his pardon. Even if his father doesn't receive him back as his son, he would be willing to be employed as a paid servant. He walked back to his house. It was a long trek. His father, contrary to his son's fears, was actually waiting for him. He saw his son in tatters coming towards him. He ran and embraced him. The son said all that he had rehearsed to tell his father. The father was so happy that his son had returned and did not pay attention to what the son was saying. He arranged a banquet in honour of his son. He got him the best dress and a gold ring as a token of love. The ring was a sign that the father had accepted him as his son and heir.

The elder brother was away from home when his brother returned. As he came, he could hear the sound of celebration. He asked the servant what had been going on. The servant told him that his brother had returned home and father had arranged a celebration for his welcome.

The elder brother was so angry that he refused to enter the house. The news reached the ears of the father. He came out of the house to meet his elder son. He begged him to come and join the celebration. But he refused. He had few angry words for his father. He said, “ I have been serving you faithfully and you took me for granted. Now this sinner son of yours has returned and you treated him like a dignitary. "

The elder son accused his father and his brother. He did not address his  brother as ‘ my brother ' but ‘this sinner son of yours'. He decided to leave.

Perseverance Brings Success

Hard work is the key of success. Success leads to happiness. So let us not be discouraged by failures.
You know Abraham Lincoln was one of the greatest Present of United States of America. His life tells us how one can be successful in spite of repeated failures in his life.

At the age of twenty one he was unsuccessful in business. He was defeated in a legislative race at the age of twenty two. He failed again in business at the age of twenty four. He overcame the death of his sweetheart at the age of twenty six. He had a nervous breakdown at the age of twenty seven. He lost a congressional race at thirty four and lost a senatorial race at forty five. He again failed in an effort to become vice president at the age of forty seven. He lost another senatorial race at age of forty nine.

In spite of all his failures, he was elected President of the United States of America at the age of fifty two. Nine failures and one success! But his aim was not just to become the US president and thus become popular. When he became president, the first things he did was abolish slavery. For thirty one years he had to struggle in his attempts. He had to face all kinds of odds and failures to achieve such a great success.

Life has purpose. The ultimate goal of life is to attain happiness. Obstacles do come in your way. With confidence and president efforts, you can overcome obstacles. If you persevere in your efforts, success will be yours.

I'm A Blind Man, and my world is pale

All day long I think about how many steps I take, and what I have to do next. What time is it? When waking up in the middle of the night as totally blind man with no sense of light or dark, the answer to this question isn't always as simple to answer as it seems. It isn't as easy as viewing the red dials of a digital clock, or looking at the light coming through the curtains. My sight remains permanently foggy at whatever time of day or night, although I am not completely in the dark all I see is a constant snow storm!

A blind man is a man whose inner eye failed to see, whose deep conscious did not protect him primarily from himself. His world is indeed pale. He has only the right to cry in the moment, and pain is chewing his bare soul.

If you're living close the door.
I'm not expecting people anymore.
Hear me grieving, I'm lying on the floor.
Whether I'm drunk or dead I really ain't too sure.

I'm a blind man, and my world is pale.
When the blind man cries, Lord, you know there ain't no shadder tale.
